Approach
Four phases, one goal: an ERP programme that runs without me.
1
Diagnose
Weeks 1 and 2
I talk to management, key users and the partner, read the contracts and the issue list, and check the budget.
You receive: an honest assessment and a priority list.
2
Plan
Weeks 3 and 4
Together with the partner I build a realistic plan with clear roles, a RACI and a fixed SteerCo rhythm.
You receive: a plan that management can commit to.
3
Deliver
For the duration of the assignment
Weekly steering with the partner and the business, escalations resolved quickly, and reporting that adds up.
You receive: a weekly status and a monthly SteerCo with budget versus actuals.
4
Hand over
Final weeks
Documentation, trained key users and an internal owner who takes over. I leave when the system runs.
You receive: a stable system and a team that owns it.
How I work with your implementation partner
I am not an implementation partner and I do not sell licences. I sit on your side of the table: I hold the partner to the plan and the contract, and I make sure decisions are taken by the right people at the right time.
