When an ERP programme loses its owner, its rhythm or its budget, I step in as programme director. I take charge of planning, budget, partners and SteerCo, and report directly to the CFO or CEO.

After go-live the real work starts. I bring the issue list under control, correct posting setups and processes, and make reporting reliable again across all companies in the group.

Choosing an ERP platform and an integrator is a ten-year decision. I write the specification, run the RFQ, compare platforms and offers with a scoring matrix and support the negotiation.

Management needs facts, not status colours. I deliver budget versus actuals, estimate-at-completion forecasts and clear decision papers for every SteerCo.
